Senior Engineer, Test Engineering(SSD)
Responsibilities:
Engineering support for SSD products after transition from design to high volume production. Interfaces with design, process, test and reliability engineering to solve problems. Sustains SSD production with test program validation, failure analysis, cost reduction and yield improvements.
Be part of Product & Test Engineering team responsible for engineering and manufacturing support of Western Digital industry-leading SATA, SAS, PCIe and NVMe Solid-State-Drive.
Provide NPI and HVM production support for SSD test development, manufacturing flow/content improvement, yield improvement and failure analysis of qualification fail, QC fail, and customer return.
Work closely with CM and corporate internal R&D teams such as Nand, ASIC, Validation, and Firmware to develop and verify proper HVM friendly manufacturing test process.
Requirements:
Bachelor or Master Degree in Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering or related majors. Master degree is preferred
Software development and debug skill in C, C++, Python and Linux is an advantage
Data extraction and analysis skills are required. Knowledge in SQL Database is preferred
