Push testing list from the testing department. c. Get quotations from vendors and analyze the price and clarify the details. d. Work on the price breakdown. 2. Sample follow-up: a. Check sample specs. b. Take samples pictures. c. Make sample PPT and arrange PP sample review meeting. 3. Order follow-up: a. Place order to vendors. b. Check order status daily. c. Arrange QC inspection. d. Communicate with QC inspectors and vendors during inspection. e. Arrange during-production testing. f. Work with shipping coordinator and vendors for shipment. 4. Documentation: Need to handle the daily work documents or reports. 5. Daily report: Daily report to senior Project Manager. Job requirements: 1. College graduate. 2. 1-2 years’ working experience for foreign trade company or factory. 3. Fluent in oral and written English. 4. Good at Excel, Word and PPT. 5. Hard-working and honest. 6. Can work under high pressure. 7. Can work overtime and go to the factories. 8. Patient, detailed-oriented and faster learner. 9. Organized and proactive.
