工作描述
Deal with People Services questions/queries, register & administer client cases via case management system, evaluate monthly cases report and identify gaps/issues to support people service deliver optimal services to the business against agreed KPIs.
Diagnose and resolve People Services Now cases and e-mails, re-direct complex cases/issues to People Services backup support team or CoE/HRBP as appropriate and communicate effectively with employees & managers.
Support People Services WeChat platform monthly news edition and posting, support customer engagement campaign, update knowledge sharing pool via Portal and mobile application etc.
Maintain, update and execute employee-life-cycle data entry in the HR Systems to ensure data accuracy KPI achieved and support HR Projects deployment on-time-in-full across biz entities.
职位要求
Bachelor or above degree with a major in Human Resources, Data Management, Computer Science or Management related.
Internship with HR support, data analysis, HR system support is preferred.
Good command of both spoken and written English and Knowledge of Microsoft Office Application.
Attention to detail & good follow-up, sense of accountability & discipline.
Proactive, self-motivated, customer-oriented, good listening & communication skills and team player.
