Job Responsibility:
1. Participate in COI’s innovation initiatives in line with the corporate roadmap to meet business objectives. In particular, the use of technology and internet of things in key aspects such as design and construction, building operations and customer experience to create a smart environment for real estate.
2. Elicit business requirements, analyze them and capture the business case in requirement specifications
3. Identify and execute innovative solutions and execution to achieve results
4. Execute and manage project delivery in accordance to agreed scope, budget and timeline
5. Conduct post-project reviews to assess achievement of project objectives and realization of benefits

Requirement:
1. Degree in Business/Information Technology/M&E engineering/Design
2. Innovative mindset that is able to add value to the organization by supporting or bringing in new approaches and alternatives. .
3. Possess excellent inter-personal and problem solving skills; and the ability to communicate across functions and drive initiatives.
4. Effectively bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with both local and overseas counterparts
5. Keen interest and knowledge of IT, coding and application systems design and delivery is preferred but NOT a pre-requisite.
