ABInBev Supply Excellent Talent program attracts and employs the brightest graduates and helps them to be our future experts and leaders by giving comprehensive and effective trainings, broad career development opportunities and the highest attention paid by our management team. The dream career path for SET is to get the position of Brewery Manager / National Functional Manager in 3-4 years, and Director/Zone Function Head in 5-6 years.

Qualifications:

Current university student or recent university graduate with no more than 2 years full-time working experience

l 
Major categories: Food Science/Brewing/Fermentation/Bio-technology/Chemistry/ Mechanical/Automation/Logistic Management/Utility/Energy/Environment/Project Management & Materials/HR & Management Engineering/Economic Management

l 
Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively – both verbally and in writing in English, passed CET-6 at least

l 
Highly interested in manufacturing, have an outstanding record of your study, and be committed to your major as the beginning of career

l 
Ability to work effectively with people at all levels in an organization

l 
Prefer a job start from basic level in production line

l 
Self-driven, result-oriented, and highly responsible

l 
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and ability to quickly adapt to new systems

l 
Can take shift work, trans-regional and trans-department jobs

l 
In good health

l 
2018年毕业的应届本科生或研究生,或2016年及以后毕业且全部工作经验少于2年的往届本科生或研究生

食品类、酿造/发酵类、生物类、化学类、机械/自动化类、物流管理类、动力/能源类、工程材料类、安全环境类、人力资源及管理工程类、经济管理类等相关专业

具备优秀的英语听、说、读、写能力，CET-6及以上
