• To strengthen our business development and project pitching capabilities.

  Responsibilities:

• This person is accountable for winning rate of agency business and the key objective is enhance our competitiveness in project pitching.

• The role will mainly focus on business development, and the individual is responsible for potential business opportunities searching and following-up, pitching activities leading and organizing, and supporting Aaron Li on liaison and coordination with other business lines.

  Qualifications:

• Good communication and interaction skills, high spirit in making progress and eager to learn, be able to work under pressure.

  Knowledge & Experience:

• Profound experience in client development, relevant working experiences in real estate development, consultancy or property management

• At least 5-year related working experience

  Skills & Personal Qualities:

• Temperate with nice attitude, friendly and open minded, initiative in social activities
