MAJOR RESPONSIBILIES主要职责
1. Coordinate all packaging changes affecting in plant;
2. Lead meetings on packaging changes of finished goods;
3. Work with Suppliers / Commodity on raw material design/packaging changes;
4. Design packaging of plant inside logistics, to full match inside logistics requirement;
5. Write RFA for packaging materials if needed;
6. Work with Materials Planners / Schedulers for scheduling / order quantity changes;
7. Request freight cost from corporate Transportation;
8. Perform annual opportunity audits;
9. Develop / Plant annual plan (share w/corporate packaging) ;
10. Leading CIS project related finishing goods & raw material and give regular report dollar savings ;
11. Attend / participate in all packaging conferences;
12. Support tracking for Packaging standards (per ISO 9000);
13. Design new Packaging to meet ergonomics requirements;
14. Identify annual packaging budget and put into Plant OP target ;
15. Work with quality engineer to continue improve the supplier quality performance;
16. Implement quality management system including TS14969,OHS18001 etc;
17. Follow company HSE rules and report unsafe hazards or issues to HSE in time.
18. Other task assigned by leader.
KEY COMPETENCIES资格能力要求
1. Packaging design and related operation experience definitely is strength.
2. Logistics knowledge and inventory management skill.
3. Basic problem analysis and solving skills - e.g.8D,pareto, run chart, root cause analysis
4. Good command of English both written and oral.
5. Strong capabilities for data summary and analysis.
6. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Familiar with ISO /TS 16949.
8. ERP Knowledge background, QAD prefer
9. Family with CAD drawing tooling
10. Microsoft-Word , Excel , Power Point Knowledge
