Process Engineer (wafer bumping)
-To provide highest quality product and services
-To achieve Total Customer Satisfaction
-To carry out assigned engineering activities
-Understand and carry out process control through SPC and CPK control and verification
-To carry out further process optimization through DOE and machine capability study Verification and analysis on defective part to determine the root cause and remedy
-To perform other duties as assigned from time to time
-Able to interact closely with Process Engineers, Production control, Manufacturing personnel and Design Engineers
-Able to interact with the vendors, service engineers and customers.
-Degree or above in Electrical/ Electronic/ Chemical/Mechatronic / Mechanical Engineering or related Engineering discipline
-Minimum 2 years experience in similar job responsibilities in semiconductor industry is an added advantage
- Fluent communication in English - speaking/listen and report writing.
