职位名称：Shipping Assistant（海运物流专员）
薪资：6000―8000元
工作地址：Shanghai Waigaoqiao(外高桥3号门，日京路150号，201室 )
Responsibilities:
- Daily filling and entering shipment data and clearing of related documents
- Entering and certifying data in internal systems
- Handling of all import shipments
- Attaching appropriate documentation to each shipment
- Confirming shipment carriers and loading trucks
- Backup clearance of China market orders
- Point-of-contact for Customer Service China for order status and shipping tracking
- Preparation of BOM sheets and related Customs documents
- CRM backup: pick & pack literature and customer giveaways, belt samples; monthly counting of literature stock
- Kronos backup: export timecards reports, check assemblers actual working hours and downtime
- Exhibit teamwork and self management
- Follow the attendance policy of the Department
- Follow all safety procedures and policies
Requirements:
- College degree or higher
- Experience in shipping/import
- Waigaiqiao Free Trade Zone shipping & customs experience preferred
- Good English
- Proficient in MS Office Applications (excel, word, others)
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Self-managed, motivated, strong work ethic, positive attitude, team-player
