The IBM China Technology Laboratories (CSL) storage and file system teams are fast-growing market leaders with a cutting-edge product suite (DS8000, XIV, Flash system, SVC, Storwize? V7000, Cloud Storage Solutions) which uses efficient software defined storage infrastructures to reduce costs and improve productivities. Tester's responsibilities: storage and file system testers will participate in different product quality assurance phases. This includes component test, baseline test, function verification test and system level test. Our tester's ultimate goal is to deliver state-of-the-art products to our customers.
Requirements:  
Bachelor's degree or above, related to CS or EE.
Fluency in written and spoken English.
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
Self-motivation and eagerness to learn.
Good team spirit and sense of responsibility.
Good communication skills.
Proficiency in programming languages is a plus: Java /C/C++ or script (python/shell/perl).
Linux/UNIX platform knowledge is a plus
VMware/Microsoft/OpenStack knowledge is a plus.
