Prepare the shipping documents for export shipments (express &air &ocean), coordinate with the carrier to book the space and deliver the shipment on time to meet OTD. 2. Maintain exportation data in CTM system (including P/N, English description, quantity, net weight etc.) 3. Monitor and track status of exportation shipments, and update the shipment tracking report timely 4. Verify& approve the bills payment system rejected and filing electronic logistics expense bill 5. Apply to finance department for customs tax e-payment 6. Collect tax-receipts from broker and handover to finance department timely 7. Other tasks assigned by supervisor.
