The Strategy Intern coordinates and monitors day to day strategy operations with special focus in omnichannel, supports Strategy Manager building business cases and gathering documentation needed for project implementation.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Strategy operations
Monitor and understand omnichannel roadmap and each initiative KPIs
Coordinates strategy development within each project team and drives operational execution within other functions
Deep dive in specific areas of each initiative to support business strategy decisions
Maintain internal communication platform database and gather information needed for monthly report production
Department coordination and administration
Assist Strategy Manager and Director with internal financial process
Process contracts and invoices
Gather required documents for purchase requests
Enablement
Equip each team with the necessary information to success in strategic projects. Encourage stakeholders to share best practices and advocate development within their businesses. Provide support and set limits
Networking
Actively build relationships both within colleagues and associations outside of UA and proactively share best practices within the market

JOB-HOLDER ENTRY REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree
Preferably a first-year student in a two-year full time Master of Business Administration (MBA) program
Language Skill
Chinese: native speaker of Chinese
English: fluency
