What will you do? 主要工作：

1.   
Be familiar with the operation of real estate, including planning, investment, valuation, leasing and facility services etc.

熟悉房地产的运作模式，例如策划、投资、估价、租赁和设施服务等。

2.   
Job rotation for cross department within one year and understand the business comprehensively from different departments.

一年内跨部门轮岗及全面了解各个部门的业务。

3.   
Staff the department which you are interested in after the job rotation.

跨部门轮岗后可选择感兴趣的部门定岗。

 

Who are you? 职位要求：

1.   
Fresh graduate with bachelor degree or above in 2017.

2017年本科或以上学历应届毕业生；

2.   
Major in real estate or related and overseas education background are preferred.

房地产相关专业和海外留学背景优先考虑；

3.   
CET 6 or above.

英语六级或以上；

4.   
Be willing to work under pressure, diligently and honestly.

诚实勤奋，愿意承受较大的工作压力；

5.   
 High sense of responsibility and team spirit.

具有高度责任感及团队精神。
