analysis Job Description –Equity Research Associate Position:Equity Research
Associate Location:Shanghai Report to:Investment team Responsibilities: · Assist
investment team in conducting in-depth research and analysis of publicly listed
companies in China's A and H Share market via both primary and secondary
research · Assist in conducting value-added primary research, including sitting
in and summarizing calls with industry experts, conducting market surveys, etc.
· Assist in financial and sector analysis, including collecting information from
public filings, broker research, databases (Bloomberg, Wind, ThomsonOne, etc.),
analyzing data, and communicating key findings · Assist in building / updating
financial models of target companies · Assist in preparing private equity style
investment decks on target companies Requirements: · Uncompromising integrity,
open-mindedness · Excellent research skills, structured thinking and analytical
mind · Good communication and presentation skills · Willing to work under
pressure, have good time-management skills · Team player · Excellent English and
