1.Commercial Assistant Primary Responsibilities: As Commercial Intern/Trainee you will be offered several assignments during the program period in Shanghai office (headquarter). Possible job rotations include: Marketing Rsearch, Digital Marketing, Events Proposal, Events Execution, Cold Call, Sales Presentation, Project Management Core Training Courses include Fundamental Selling Skills, Negotiation Skills, Presentation Skills, Marketing Essentials Qualification Required: Senior in College/University, preferred major in Marketing, Public Relations, and Digital related, full-time commercial headcount opportunities after graduation; Passionate in commercial functions, willing to take challenges and work under pressure; Strong communication and interpersonla skills, good team spirit; Fluent in English as a plus. 2.Assistant Account Executive Job Description: 1.Contract Management * Prepare and Issue the proposal, agreement and contract under sales manager’s supervision; * Ensure the contract/agreement to be signed back before the set deadline before publication; 2.Payment Management * Issue invoice and collect payment under finance team manager supervision; 3.Ads Artwork Management * Collect ads artwork and design requests; * Assist the production to design/translate ads; * Independently check and modify the ads contents on color proof when needed prior to print; 4.Distribution Management * Update distribution list with distribution/marketing team 5.Market Samples Collection and Recording * Collect promotional information in the market or with the competitors, on print or digital; * Make cold call under supervision 6. Sales analysis and forecast. 7. Minutes recording for weekly Sales meetings.
