Position: Delivery Consultant
The Role
This role will require the individual to be responsible for the end-to-end talent acquisition and search execution process, including cold calling, name generation, screening, interviewing, client liaison and communication, offer negotiation, reference checking and post-offer follow up.
Scope of Work
· Searching the Colleague database for candidates using criteria gathered from requirements sent from clients.
· Contacting prospective candidates to establish the candidate’s suitability for a requirement.
· Maintaining the Database history of all contact made with candidates.
· Attaching suitably confirmed and qualified candidates to respective requirements.
· Organising, as requested by a client and directed by an account executive, client/candidate interviews.
· On the placement of a contractor, supervising the sending, signing and return of contractor contracts.
· Organising, supervising and monitoring the travel of the placed contractor to the location where the contractor is required to carry out their contract.
· Maintaining contact with the contractor, contacting them at least once a week.
· Alerting management and/or respective account managers of any problems or issues that may occur during the contractor’s term of contract.
Competencies
· English and Chinese as working languages
· Experience in the Telecommunication market
· Proven sales track record and previous experience in recruitment and/or sales
· Sales and account management experience
· Target driven
· Ability to develop new business effectively
· Professional telephone communication skills
· Commercial awareness
· Superior communication and interpersonal skills
