Job Title: Paralegal II
Job Responsibilities:
1. Use Contract Lifecycle Management System to facilitate and process contract request;
2. Facilitate internal document approval and signoff process;
3. Maintain the database of PRC laws and regulations applicable to SanDisk’s business activities in PRC, creating summaries of the PRC regulatory development when required;
4. Coordinate with colleagues in headquarter/APAC region to provide corporate secretary support for legal entities in APAC region;
5. Legal documents filing and record keeping;
6. Review business contracts and legal documents assigned by legal counsel;
7. Translate legal document from time to time;
8. Other works assigned by legal counsel from time to time.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree from a reputable law school in PRC;
2. 2 year experience with reputable law firm or legal department of MNC;
3. Good Command of English in speaking and writing;
