Job Summary

The Display Quality Team is looking for a motivated, technically oriented, to manage display module quality. He/She will be responsible for developing and implementing processes and tools for all aspects of module process during development and mass production, working with cross-functional teams and suppliers to ensure high quality manufacturing.

Key Qualifications

• Min 5 years of LCD manufacturing process or LCD engineering experiences. Incumbent should have a good track record of managing a cross-functional team in order to achieve new product objectives inclusive of quality, yield and cost.
• LCD Test, Process, Quality, DFM. Either at a site or from a product line standpoint.

Description

• Support quality control of new LCD panels that enable the best performance in both a functional and reliable way to meet Apple LCD specs.
• Achieve the best quality goal using an optimized LCD manufacturing process for a high volume production.
• Work with the reliability group to perform a timely Failure Analysis for LCD failures and quickly come up with necessary corrective actions.
• Work with the partners to drive the suppliers to optimize the LCD process and establish the manufacturing infrastructure.
• Work with the project team and supply base team throughout the LCD product development phase and support the quality for the initial product ramp.
• Support LCD suppliers and Eng with Failure analysis responsibilities.
• Perform monitoring LCD vendor process quality via quality report or visiting LCD. .facilities
• Perform periodic audit to LCD vendor manufacturing process.
• Build up LCD vendor quality system to meet Apple quality requirements.

Education

• Majored BS/MS in Engineering or related LCD field
• Fluent verbal & writing communication n English
• Good reporting skills/data analysis
