SUMMARY
The purpose of this position is to provide assistance to HR team in full HR functions, especially in HR Administration Management, recruitment and reporting.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Support the interview arrangement.
Support the report submission per requirement for brands per business needs
Support the team to well support miscellaneous cases
Support the team to operate Employee P-file Management systematically.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree
- A team player across cross function and across HR function
- Work independent and proactive, communication and influence skills
- Proficiency in both English & Chinese, with knowledge of PC application
