岗位职责：

从事电子产品外贸B2B/B2C相关工作，包含但不限于以下工作：

1、负责产品的售前、售中、售后咨询及问题解答；

2、客户邮件处理回复；

3、未付款客户跟踪，重点客户分析；

4、产品信息收集整合及市场数据收集分析；

5、公司安排的其他工作等。

岗位要求：

1、我们不唯学历凭能力，热爱外贸行业，国际贸易、电子商务、商务英语等相关专业优先；

2、熟练的英文能力，会让你更快适应工作，最好还能熟练运用各种办公软件。

3、我们希望你外向、主动，善于交流，对工作有追求，踏实认真、反应敏锐，责任心强。
