Key responsibilities 重要职责
Provide epidemiological inputs in the setting up of medical strategy/plan and in the non-interventional studies
Accountable for execution of epidemiological deliverables as defined in the medical strategy/plan

Main job tasks 主要工作任务
1)Identify the scientific needs align with medical strategy, support the non-interventional studies
2)Accountable for design and/or review epidemiology studies aimed at investigating treatment patterns, or potential safety signals
3)Accountable for analyzing, interpretation and communication of complex Real World Data.
4)Provide professional epidemiological inputs with solid understanding of strategic business context in the medical planning process for multiple portfolio and pipeline products
5)Develop and maintain KOL network with epidemiologists in medical/clinical community to ensure appropriate academic consultation/support if needed
6)Act as internal consult to provide technical expertise.

1)In the daily work internal communication with all relevant stakeholders to resolve epidemiology questions.
2)As the frequently contact with other departments, it is necessary be able to co-ordinate activities, and to reach agreement on conflicting options and/or opinions.
3)As the primary contact person to epidemiology, often negotiate or convince global team to include China specific requirement
4)Negotiate with stakeholders and persuade them with no compromise if there are occasions obey epidemiological/scientific principle

1)Present, communicate epidemiology studies and result to KOLs and doctors

Geographic responsibility 职责的地域范围
Representing NN China in the Global epidemiology council collaborate with HQ and regional colleagues

Knowledge, skills and experience 知识、技能和经验

Education 教育背景

PhD degree in the epidemiology, public health, biostatistics or equivalent combination of education and experience

Experience 经验
Experience in designing, implementation and report of epidemiology studies is preferred.

Personal skills 技能
1)Knowledge of epidemiology/observational analyses methodologies and applications
2)Basic biostatistical knowledge is preferred
3)Be able to handle technical discussion in English
4)Good communication skill
