Job Requirements:

1. Good English skills, fluent in both spoken and written English
2. Clear thinking, serious and responsible work, integrity, team work spirit, ability to work under high strength pressure.
3. Coordination skills between different Depts for, but not limited to, offer, report, project, prototype delivery, production plan, customer claims.
4. Make proposals for improvements will be a value-added
5. Skilled use of WORD, EXCEL, PPT and other office software.

Work Description:

1. Data collecting for sales report, weekly/monthly/quarterly/annual.
2. RFQ for inter company business, send RFQ to purchasing, get offer from supplier and formalize DTT offer, properly and in time.
3. Inter company project follow up from kick off till SOP: prototype/OTS/PPAP submission, tooling invoice and submission of relative contracts.
4. Epicor input for new project and sales daily application.
5. Execution of other daily work as agreed with Business Manager.
