Position Summary
Report to the CS leader/Senior CS, Program and client focus, Follow up testing orders properly and satisfy clients.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Client focused, good relationship with clients and be reliable to clients.
- Quick query answer to clients, Including retailers, vendors and factories. Both for non-technical and common technical questions.
- Sample in problem follow up, cooperate with sample in team to identify sample per request form if with problem, and reach submitter to clarify.
- Quotation follow up, understand the need of client, and ensure quotation be sent out in time and follow up query answer
- Testing follow up, work with operation team to confirm basic sample information/document or additional sample sending with submitter. If PAID clarification is concerned, should check with global Program Manager.
- Testing request form check, to make sure follow PAID or general requirement. If not, follow up with submitter to update.
- Daily discipline insurance with timely response both internally and externally or escalation to N+1. (日清日毕).
- Cooperate with operation team to give exact due date of testing to clients, to ensure catch up client’s schedule.
- Cooperate with operation team to give client professional advice on testing explanation or improvement
- Cooperate with Invoice team to make sure exact invoice sending/delivery or posting to website.
- Update custom information document or record
- Familiar with PAID of each program and take charge of distributing the update of program to related operation team if any.
- Summary prepare per client requirement.
- Cooperate with operation team to arrange sample return per request or PAID.
- Other job assigned by N+1.
- Awareness of HSE policy.
- Comply at all times with all applicable legal requirements, BV Group HSE Policies and procedures, client’s HSE procedures and practices.
- Maintain personal work areas tidy and hazard free and report any deviation/fault/hazard immediately to the location manager/line manager/supervisor.
- Report immediately any newly identified hazard and participate in devising suitable operational control to eliminate/minimize the pertinent risk.
- Report immediately any HSE incident and cooperate in investigation.
QHSE
- Follow the internal quality system and HSE requirement of CPS North China.
- Adhere to BV CPS quality requirements.
