1. 处理客户订单以及问题并跟踪订单进展状况,为客户提供优质的售后服务;
2. 协助组长进行产品上架和优化,妥善处理客户反馈;
3. 帮助维持各个销售平台的店铺好评率和信用度,协助开发海外潜力市场;
4. 协助组长进行产品监控,店铺与产品推广;

岗位要求:
1. 大专及以上学历,英语/法语流利,国际贸易或商务英语/法语相关专业优先;
2. 有亚马逊平台操作工作经验优先;
3. 有良好的沟通能力和团队精神,善于思考,做事踏实,学习能力强;
4. 熟练掌握office办公软件操作技巧。
Job description:
1. Responsible for order tracking, solve problems (refund/returns/uncompleted orders) and provide the best customer supports
2. To assistant mentor in putting products on business platforms, deal with customer feedback.
3. To keep positive feedback and credits of stores, develop oversea markets
4. To assist mentor in product monitoring and stores promotion
5. To manage stocks and arrange replenishment in time
6. To help collect and analyze data of shopping area distribution and best sellers and further expand markets all over the world
Job requirement:
1. College or above, Fluent in English/French, good at reading and writing
2. Foreign trade and business, English/French major is preferred.
3. with Amazon working experience preferred
4. With good communication skills and team spirits, steady, willing to think, good learner
5. Office skills are required.
