Requirements:

• Level of Education: Undergraduate or above level

Be familiar with oracle data, such as jsp, net or Java computer language; be good at office software , and strong ability in data logical handling and excel skill. interested in banking industry and willing to work in banking area.

• Discipline/Related Field:

？ Ensure strict compliance with exchange control regulations to Central Banks (i.e. PBOC/SAFE),

？ Ensure strict compliance with bank internal policy and requirements.

Key Competencies:

• Attending to activities pertaining to Branch operations particularly with a view to ensure the smooth running as a whole with ultimate objective to generate maximum revenue and profitability and customers’ satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities:

• As supporting staff to ensure smooth operations of the Front-line Operations & Fund Transfer Department.

？ Prompt delivery of banking services to satisfy customers’ needs and generation of revenue.

• Ensure compliance with prevailing regulations / guidelines.

？ Liaise with customers and relevant regulatory bodies from time to time.

• Meet timeline for various reporting (including the ad-hoc, self-check reporting).

？ Participate in the reporting requirements of the Front-line Operations & Fund Transfer Department and work closely with other peer departments and Branch Compliance Department.

• Ensure proper keeping / safeguard of the customers’ transaction record.

？ Prompt filing at all times. Under lock to prevent unauthorized access.

• Fostering relationship with customers / bankers / relevant regulatory bodies.

？ Actively engage with customers with a view to better understand their further banking needs besides providing the services.
