Position Responsibility
Recruitment & Staffing:
- Support recruiting and staffing activities for junior positions, including advertising, candidate searching, screening, participating in interview and report feedback, arrangement for candidate on boarding etc.;
- Maintain required doc and form for interview and selection, collect enrollment documentation of new employees
Employee Communication & Relations:
- Support on employee communication programs implementation, team building activities, such as birthday party celebration, yearly team buidling activity etc.
Training & Development:
- Provide assitance on training program implementation and follow up, maintain training record
Others
- Support employee e-leave system smooth running
- Perform other tasks assigned by direct supervisor
Position Requirement
- Bachelor or above degree in Human Resource, Psychology, Business Administration or relevant discipline
- Possess similar social practice experience in HR function in MNC
- Good communication skill in both written and spoken English;
- Good team player with strong interpersonal skills;
- Strong sense of accountability, result-driven and continual improvement
- Able to work under pressure
- Flexible, open to change
