ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: ?
Process customer’s technical inquiry, resolve and reply customer in 3  working days.
? Collect customer info and log case in CRM system.
? Capture Qlead socket while process customer’s technical inquiry and meet Qlead input & hit rate.
? Offer product training and testing to team
? Self-paced training in leisure time
? Another job which TL assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS ：
? Above college degree, major in E/E, or other related fields.
? FAE experience, hardware circuit design or software design on related part (DSPC5000/ MCU/ Power/ Amplifier/ Data Converter).
? Familiar with electronic components fields or IC market.
? Good English skills on reading and writing.
? Good customer service attitude.
? Familiar with MS office and web tools.
? Good communication skills and team spirit.
? Active to learn new knowledge, flexible and open ideas.
