  与供应商保持密切联系。

• Update order and products data timely in SAP.

  及时更新系统中的订单与产品的信息。

• To confirm the delivery time with supplier. Prepare the receipt documentation per goods delivery.

  确认产品的交货期，根据供应商交货信息及实际情况准备收货箱单等相关文件。

• Tracking problems products make sure it return after repairing.

  跟踪返修品并确保返修后货物及时返还。

• To check the invoice with the supplier, make sure the accounts are in order, and arrange the payment on time.

  每个月核对发票，确保账目清晰的同时准时付款给供应商。

  Requirements （要求）

  Education/ 教育背景:

  College degree above, prefer major in trading.

  大专及以上学历，贸易专业优先。

  Required Experience/ 工作经验:

  Fresh graduate or with one-year experience in relative field.

  毕业生或一年的相关工作经验。

  Required Abilities / 所需知识技能:

  Computer literate, experience in SAP is a plus.

  较强的计算机操作技能，有SAP系统应用经验者优先。

  Basic English communication skills.

  一定的英语沟通能力。

  Hardworking, high responsibility, adaptive to new environment & be able to take pressure.
