Department: Distribution Management
Position: Tendering Account Manager
Reports To: National Tendering Manager
JD:
1. Closely watch healthcare reforms, national bidding trends, study ever-changing tendering policy and translate impacts to the company.
2. Timely and periodically collect, follow up, update and deliver all-level countrywide tender information for internal stakeholders.
3. Develop and maintain overall tender database for bidding activities and their related reports, which include bidding price, documents released by government and all kinds of product and qualification related materials etc.
4. Regularly visiting in provincial/major city level government tender office, to understand the tender policies and dynamic.
5. Manage and coordinate the whole process of every city level and above bidding activities.
6. Strategic partnership with the third party of tendering agencies and tendering decision makers to further gain competitive advantage and shape tendering environment.
7. Timely follow up bidding results, provide insights, report experiences gained and key learning points after each provincial tender, improve internal process.
Requirements:
1. Degree holder. Healthcare related educational background is highly preferred.
2. At least 6 years' experience in tendering management, government relations, sales& marketing function in multinational medical device or pharmaceutical companies.
3. Strategic and capable of setting up processes and procedures to manage tender effectively.
4. Strong business sense, have ability to develop, attractive, create, and persuade bid proposals.
5. Outstanding capability in internal & external communication, coordination and leadership, capable of working in a matrix environment.
6. Good Excel, Word & PPT skills, good English skills in written, reading and oral.
