Role Summary
As part of the Strategy team, the internship role is ideal for university students who desire to pursue a career in business development, investment, consulting or research and has passion for healthcare industry. You will support projects and conduct industry and company research for various healthcare niche markets. The internship is structured to develop your business skillsets and build up healthcare industry knowledge in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct industry research to capture latest trends and competitive landscape, including macro policy, new business model, new technology development
- Support BD projects by providing in-depth analysis on products, business model and benchmarking for targets
- Coordinate with cross-functional colleagues and outside counterparties to facilitate deal execution
- Assist the preparation of reports and decks
- Other tasks assigned
Candidate Profile
- Third year student at a top-tier university in Shanghai, preferably pursuing a degree in finance, business, economics or biology
- Native proficiency in mandarin and fluent in English
- Prior experience in business development, investment, consulting or research will be a plus
- Passion for healthcare industry
- Successful track record managing multiple, simultaneous complex tasks and working in team environments
- Proficient in ppt, excel and word
- Mature, energetic, self-motivated and result-driven
