Since three years ago, we have been exploiting artificial intelligence technologies to reach completely automatic M&A that consists of everything from opportunity recognition, screening, matching to outcome delivery.
Right now, Baiye’s “Aimer” robot has read 100 million basic introductions of different companies, has analyzed 30 million executives and industry experts’ profiles, achievements and business relations, has learnt tremendous amount of M&A investment knowledge, historic transactions and study cases. It already has a preliminary understanding of the intention of the corporate mergers, can automatically recognize complex user requirements, can match in depth M&A investment projects and will further strengthen its precision in “listening, speaking, writing, matching” learning. Its vision is to “understand your M&A investment requirements better than you do”.
Our vibrant and international team consists of people master in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Linguistics and various other disciplines. We worked with hundreds of international domain experts coming from various disciplines and formed a strong technical cooperation network (we welcome international domain experts to work with us on project development full-time, part-time, remotely or in any other forms you prefer). 公司成员：
目前我们公司总共50人，技术开发人员的数量占50%。公司70%以上成员为硕士以上学历，70%以上成员有海外留学经历，20%员工为外籍员工，除此之外，我们还有为数众多的远程团队，分布于以色列、俄罗斯、乌克兰、意大利等地，远程为我们执行开发任务。我们公司总共有3个技术团队，大数据组14人，包括大数据处理工程师、数据库工程师、自然语言处理工程师、爬虫工程师等，他们与武汉大学计算机语言学实验室（著名的姬东鸿博导团队）合作，开发出了全国精度最高的英文和中文文本信息抽取程序，用于非结构化文本的结构化和标准化处理，与乌克兰国家银行的高级架构师合作，实现图数据库的科学架构，并基于此正开发“中国资本市场精英关系图谱”，用于高端用户的“找关系”“找利益冲突” 我们的“智能匹配算法”团队12人，其中一半是机器学习工程师、算法工程师，一半是金融投资研究员或者行业研究员——研究员负责研究并制定出“投资、融资、并购理想匹配”的专家规则，机器学习工程师基于专家规则进行数据训练、配对、开发出匹配系统 产品开发部门目前有7人，负责网页版产品、APP版产品、Facebook小程序版产品的开发。此外，来自白俄罗斯的区块链专家将会加盟我们，我们的投资匹配类产品中将会有区块链的应用
