Major Accountabilities:

- Update and make the maintenance for the rate base;

- Solve the problems caused by rate base;

- Follow the new freight rules to update the system;

- Bill the shipments against the documentation;

- Keep close touch with oversea office CRS on billing issue.

Essential Skills and Experience:

- Bachelor’s degree and related major;

- Fast-Learning ability and Independent work spirit;

- High Responsibility and wariness for work;

- Good English Level, CET 4 or above, good at writing, listening and speaking;

- Good PC skills and good at Microsoft office software.
