南昌大学是教育部与江西省实行部省合建的国家“世界一流学科”建设入选高校，是江西省高等教育综合改革试点高校和高水平大学整体建设高校。学校地处“英雄城”南昌市，拥有前湖、青山湖、东湖、鄱阳湖和抚州5个校区，其中前湖主校区占地面积4520亩，校舍建筑面积130万平方米。

Nanchang University has been selected for the construction of national “world-class discipline” jointly held by the Ministry of Education and Jiangxi Province. It is a pilot university for comprehensive reform of higher education in Jiangxi Province and a university for construction of high-level universities. The school is located in Nanchang City, which is known as the “Hero City”. It has 5 campuses including Qianhu, Qingshanhu, Donghu, Poyanghu and Fuzhou, among which Qianhu Campus, which is the main campus, covers an area of 4,520 mu and a school building area of 1.3 million square meters.

Humanities and social sciences of Nanchang University has 1 department and 11 colleges, divided into 8 disciplines, which are literature, history, philosophy, economics, management, law, education and art. Four humanities and social science disciplines, including philosophy, Marxist theory, Chinese language and literature, and journalism and communication, are selected in the list of awarding units of doctoral degree programs for first-level disciplines. Nanchang University has excellent research teams and work platforms, and provides a relaxing and open research environment. 主持过国家级项目，年龄一般在55周岁以下并满足下列条件之一：

（1）“长江学者奖励计划”青年学者项目获得者、 “国家特支计划”青年拔尖人才获得者；“新世纪百千万人才工程”国家级人选；国家哲学社会科学成果文库入选者；国家“五个一”工程项目主持者；国家重点项目负责人；国家基地和人才专项负责人；教育部创新团队负责人；国家级教学名师奖获得者；国家社科基金重大招标项目、教育部哲学社会科学重大课题攻关项目首席专家；????

(1) Winners of the Young Scholars Program of “Chang Jiang Scholars Program ”; winners of Young Top Talents of the “National High-level Talents Special Support Plan”; national candidates for the “New Century Talents Project”; those who have been selected in the National Achievements Library of Philosophy and Social Sciences; hosts of national “Five-One” projects; persons in charge of national key projects; persons in charge of national bases and talents; persons in charge of innovation teams of the Ministry of Education; winners of national outstanding teachers award; chief experts of major bidding projects of the National Social Science Fund, and important projects of philosophy and social sciences of the Ministry of Education;

(1) Those who now work in well-known overseas universities as assistant professor and above or other corresponding positions, candidates for the “New Century Talent Supporting Project” of the Ministry of Education, or candidates for provincial and ministerial level talent projects such as “Jinggang Scholar” Distinguished Professor of Jiangxi Province, “GanPo Talents 555 Project"; or those who have published academic papers with important influences in famous international and domestic journals in the past five years, or obtained important national or provincial teaching and research awards; or leaders of national key disciplines, or persons in charge of scientific research platforms of the Ministry of Education and other departments (commissions); or direction leaders of innovation teams of the Ministry of Education; or those who have made important contributions to the country's economic and social development;

（2）具有发展潜力，对本学科建设具有创新性构想，具有保持或赶超本领域国内先进水平的能力。

(2) Those who have the potential for development, have innovative concepts for the construction of this discipline, and have the ability to maintain or catch up with the domestic advanced level in this field.

（二）引进待遇

根据引进高层次人才层次、成果、业绩情况提供年薪人民币25-120万元不等，一人一议，待遇从优。全面考虑职称、科研启动费、住房补贴等资源配置，协助安排配偶工作，为子女提供自小学至高中的一条龙优质教育资源，学校附属三甲医院及校医院提供优质的医疗保障服务。

According to the level, results and performance of the introduced high-level talents, we provide annual salaries ranging between RMB -0.25-1.2 million, and we will negotiate with every person, providing excellent treatment. （一）招聘条件

(1) Recruitment conditions

1、一般应具有高水平院校、科研院所、海外知名大学全日制研究生学历、博士学位或正高职称人员，且第一学历要求具有高水平院校全日制本科学历、学士学位，各学习阶段所学专业相近或相关，有海外学习或研究背景一年以上人员优先录用，业绩特别突出者可适当放宽。

1. Generally, applicants should have a full-time postgraduate degree, doctoral degree or senior professional titles of high-level institutions, research institutes, or overseas famous universities, and their first degree should be a full-time undergraduate degree, bachelor's degree of high-level institutions, and their majors in each stage should be similar or related. 2、除特别说明外，博士年龄原则上要求35周岁以下，业绩特别突出者年龄可适当放宽。正高45周岁以下。
