汉英学校（mmMandarin）是北京市教育部承认的民营学校，成立于2005年，主要经营语言教育与文化交流项目，与北京市多所名牌大学以及欧盟使馆有中文课程合作，教学模式包括一对一授课、校内小班授课、公司外籍员工中文培训、合作大学的班级授课以及使馆外交人员的小班授课。 

Job Description

1. Present and sell classes and services to current and potential clients. Identify and resolve client concerns. Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships on and off line.

2. Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and to project the number of contacts to be made. Identify sales prospects and contact these and other accounts as assigned.

3. Communicate new product and service opportunities, special developments, information, or feedback gathered through field activity to appropriate company staff.

4. Prepare paperwork to activate and maintain contract services.

5. Prepare a variety of status reports, including activity, closings, follow-up, and adherence to goals.

6. Manage and run regular marketing promotions and social campaigns and track their success (e.g., Twitter chats, LinkedIn discussions, etc.).

7. Oversee and develop an events schedule. Explore new ways to engage and identify new social networks to reach our target clients.

8. Conduct research and analyze data to identify and define audiences.

Position Requirements

1. Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience. Have very strong and assertive marketing skills. Be aggressive in new sales development. Be able to travels to visit customers and prospects.

2. Have a passion and knowledge of the education industry.

3. Excellent relationship building skills. Good command of both written and spoken English.

4. Quick learner. Proficient in strategy development and execution.

5. Strong creative, analytic and organization skills.

6. Fluency in Spanish, Italian or Korean, both written and verbal are a definite asset.

7. Bonus experience and skills include Adobe Creative Suite, demand generation, inbound marketing, and blogging.
