Responsibilities工作职责：
- Compile product inspection plan and test plan according to standard, follow up daily quality status, set up the control system for product quality Assure the products can meet the customer and BOSCH standard
据标准要求制订产品检验和试验计划,跟踪生产线每天的产品质量状况,和建立产品质量控制系统,以确保产品符合客户和BOSCH的标准
- Regular review the quality improvement actions implementation and 8D status
定期跟踪质量改进措施和实施状况的8D状态偏差措施的跟踪
- Confirm and analyze customer complaint response in 24hs, short action in 48h, long term action should be submit to customer in 14days by owner
客户投诉产品确认与分析,发生客户投诉时必须24小时内回复客户,48小时制订应急措施,14天内要求责任部门递交长期改进计划
- Train the inspector about product knowledge, inspection and test standards, inspection equipment operation
对检验员的产品知识和检验试验标准及检验设备的培训和相关文件更新的培训
- According to project schedule, compile test plan, investigate demand of test equipment and test fixture,
根据项目协调人的项目计划,编制认可试验计划和调研设备和工装需求,确定投资计划
Requirements任职要求：                                
- Bachelor degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics or related area
机械类、电子工程、机电一体化等专业本科及以上学历
- Fluent in English or German Good communication and interpersonal skills
英语或德语熟练良好的沟通技巧                               
- Good analytical and problem solving skills
