DESCRIPTION OF THE POSITION To support its development, MADJOR is looking for a INTERN DIGITAL DESIGNER capable of ideating with Creative Lead and Junior Designer, creating and implementing digital design solutions for its clients, in co-working with Design Dept. Leads and Project Managers. Client engagement: - Work with Creative Leads and Junior Designer to prepare UI and UX proposals that articulate the right process and deliverables for each client and prospect Project excellence: - Incorporate UI/UX best practices in digital platforms design and layout and produce visuals for mobile format - Good understanding of the Chinese social media ecosystem - Good understanding of the relevant features of the Chinese digital platforms and ability to contextualize the UX according to the user needs - Able to understand and follow user scenarios and flows in a UX context - Good level of thinking of the overall user journey on the digital platforms - Follow-up the guidance of Design Dpt.
