Responsibilities:
- Perform characterization of integrated circuits – performing bench measurements, micro probing, thermal evaluation,data analysis, presenting results, and generating reports.
- Responsible for Customer Quality Incident investigations, including of lab verification, ATE correlation, FA lab support, FA result follow up and customer communication.
- Define simulation experiment for customer quality incident. Establish plan and perform simulation. Generate technical document for customer.
- Participates in or leaders on customer module application study. Cooperate with customer on module application test improvement.
- Involve cost reduction project on failure bench verification and condition investigation.
- Work on product feature characterization requested by customer with global cross-function team.
- Develop hardware and software evaluation kit.
Requirements:
- Strong Analog Electronics competences with power device skills and automotive environment knowledge preferred
- Diploma in Electronics or Electrical Engineering or Automation related major.
- Knowledge of integrated circuits in CMOS technology and in software engineering. Experience in software development (C/C++, Perl, Visual Basic, Assembler)
- Test instrumentation techniques and methodology is must
- Basic statistical knowledge is a must, while having experience on SPC(Statistic Process Control) is a plus
- Strong problem solving skills
- Strong synthesis and analysis skills
- Good command of English both in writing and speaking in a global working environment
