Job Responsibilities:
- Value stream mapping and design;
- Layout design and lean line design (Standardized work and line balance optimization);
- Work system design, planning and optimization and workplace equipment design;
- Calculation of standard time in routing and optimization of production process;
- Ergonomics design and ergo-check;
- Production information flow design.

Qualification:
- Bachelor degree or above of industrial engineering, mechanical engineering or similar engineering majors;
- Good knowledge of lean production, MTM / REFA knowledges and experience with time management;
- Good AutoCAD skills, layout planning or engineering design experience is preferred;
- Initiative, Systematical thinking and implementation;
- Good English skills in communication.
