rexroth is one of the leading companies in i4.0 solutions and applications and one of the founder of i4.0 in Germany. Together with Bosch and it's technology groups in machine building, software development, logistic solutions, sensor technologies and lean production experts we are a powerful and experience team. Since 2 years rexroth established an i4.0 project team in China for local requirements to support China on the journey to China 2025. For our strong project team we are looking for additional support to develop this success story furthermore and follow the strong Chinese market request.

Responsibilities:
- 根据客户需求，设计机械相关的应用方案；
  Create application related to mechanical requirements;
- 基于工艺流程，定义完善，高效的解决方案；
  Search for process solution with advanced and efficient orientation solution;
- 支持销售小组，完成机械方案的设计。
  Support the sales team with good and efficient mechanical solution.  
 
Requirements:
- 工厂自动化，机械或工艺流程相关背景；
  Professional experience in work with factory automation background, mechanical or process related;
- 对工业4.0背景有基本的认识，同时了解精益生产原则；
  Good basic knowledge in i4.0 background information and understanding, lean manufacturing principles;
- 流利的英语和中文说写能力；
  Communication skills in oral and written Chinese and English;
- 积极，主动，自信，坚决，有团队精神。
  Initiative, motivation, team spirit, assertiveness and self-confident appearance. 

“Assembly Technology China (AT China) has almost 80 associates and is divided in 3 groups. 1. Assembly Technology with its standard component business and easier smaller project, 2. Tightening and joining technology with standard and application solution for sophisticated joining projects, 3. i4.0 project business team for sophisticated project solutions
The i4.0 project team is the youngest team with in total 8 associates. It was founded in 2016 due to the market demand to provide more projects and solutions with i4.0 background. This young team has currently 2 sales, 4 project manager and 2 software experts. It is planned to enlarge this strong team with one i4.0 solution engineer and one i4.0 application engineer electric, the GSP position is focused on one additional application engineer mechanic”
