岗位职责:
- 组织建立和完善公司质量保证体系,并协调公司质保体系的贯标认证工作;
Organize to establish and improve QM-systems and coordinate certification of QM-system;
- 组织质量手册及质量体系过程文件的制定和更新;
Organize to formulation and update of quality management manual and process documents;
- 熟悉问题处理流程,负责组织检验员以及现场反馈的不合格品的评审工作,协调跟踪责任部门采取纠正和预防措施;
Familiar with the quality problem handling procedure, in charge of leading to solve technical problems concerning quality during production, gathering relevant departments to handle them;
- 分析统计工序采集的数据,参与设备、工装验收,反馈评价结果;
Analyze the data collected by the statistical process and feedback the evaluation results;
- 响应客户抱怨及投诉等,主持紧急响应的实施,确保客户生产;
Respond customer complaints and head to implement of emergency respond. To ensure customer’s production;
- 分析原因并制定或牵头制定纠正或整改措施,已关闭客户抱怨及投诉问题。
Analysis reasons and make or head to make the correct methods to close the complaint problem.
任职要求:
- 大学本科以上文化程度,汽车、机电等相关专业;
Bachelor degree and above. Major in Automobile, or electromechanical;
- 良好的英文沟通能力以及客户沟通能力;
Good English skills and experience in dealing with customer;
- 具有学习力,执行能力,沟通能力和理解能力;
With learning ability, executive ability, communication skills and understanding ability;
- 具备优良的思想品德,并能够认同公司经营理念和核心价值观;
With good moral characters, identify with company’s managing concept and core values;
- 工作积极认真、热情、有责任心。
