Responsibilities：
1. Provide manufacturing expertise in the Braking product group in support of the business planning cycle, manage the development of regional capacities and capital expenditure planning as inputs into the development of the business operational plan (OP) and strategic plan (SP).
2. Develop in cooperation with the manufacturing unit’s capital plans and obtain the necessary approvals of CEA’s. Validate requests against SP & OP plans and monitor expenditure to ensure that best in class investment, productivity and quality standards are achieved
3. Benchmarking manufacturing processes, equipment and equipment suppliers against other regional operations and industry standards
