Responsibilities：
1. Involve in FMEA and process development, lead Production Control Plan development, support sample build during new project development.
2. Lead on in-process quality control process development and continuous improvements during new project development and mass production period.
3. Lead in-process quality monitoring and improvement through FTQ improvement, Quality Cost and Scrap reduction, problem solving project etc.
and take actions for continuous improvements on in-process quality metrics.
4. Coordinate the control, calibration and usage of inspection gauges and measuring equipments.
5. Lead Non-conformity management and handling; and lead on rework/disassembly process management if applicable.
6. Lead and recommend for in-process relevant customer, internal and supplier corrective and preventive actions.
7. Lead manufacturing process lesson learned & read across internally.
8. Coordinate internal and external system, process & product audits.
9. Train and promote employees on quality requirement and awareness, in-process controls.
10. Be able to perform night shift duty if necessary
