Job Description:

Responsibilities

岗位职责：

1 负责现有客户的维护，对客户与执行项目人员的协调和沟通；

2 维护客户工作流程的正常运行，建立良好的客户网络；

3 与客户保持良好的沟通与联络，随时了解客户状态，收集客户需求；

4 为客户项目跟踪及效果反馈报告及其他服务；

5 做好客户满意度调查报告，并反馈给相关部门和人员；

6 具有策略能力培养潜力，对营销有较好的理解。

Qualifications

任职要求:

1. 一周工作至少三个工作日（周末除外）

2. 市场营销、广告、传媒、英文等相关专业，本科/研究生在读大学生，希望在广告行业长期发展

3. 形象气质较好，沟通能力、执行能力强，有亲和力，积极主动、性格开朗、讲求效率、乐于接受挑战

4. 能承受压力，愿意学习和接受挑战，具有良好的团队合作精神，工作责任心强，注重细节，工作认真负责

5. 良好的英语口语和写作能力。
