工作职责

• This is an exciting role in the new and growing EMC Shanghai Hardware QA organization where the candidate will be challenged to ensure electronic design quality and reliability at a board/platform/system level of new and existing EMC Hardware platforms

• Review and provide input to preliminary design concepts, features and specification documentation.

• Analyze design schematics and PCB routing against specifications and industry standards. Identify potential quality and reliability problems of the electronic hardware.

• Work under general direction to design, modify and enhance cDVT and DVT test methods and processes to ensure product’s reliability and quality.

• Develop and implement comprehensive cDVT and DVT plans to verify newly developed and redesigned products.

• Run procedures to verify design, identify, reproduce and report design issues and single out design flaws.

• Document and analyze test results, pro-actively seek solutions and drive corrective action.

• Extensively work with counter parts and cross organizational groups in the US on project planning and validation activities.

技能要求

• Bachelors of Science in Electrical Engineering

• Executes good judgement to ensure use of correct test procedures, able to design ad-hoc tests.

• Strong knowledge in analysis, reporting, troubleshooting, and applying corrective action.

• Good understanding of Signal Integrity concepts.

• Knowledge of quality disciplines, stress testing methodologies, reliability statistics, and statistically designed experiments is a plus.

• Good verbal and written skills.

• Must have high initiative, sharp investigative ability, and a high desire for learning.
