1、大专或以上学历（物流管理，报关与货运代理，国贸，英语专业优先）；

2、基本的英语听、读、说、写能力

3、熟悉办公软件，工作积极、认真、负责；

KEY   JOB FUNCTIONS       

• Check all necessary information on HBL from shipper, collect ENS data/export manifest and confirm MBL with carrier/co-loader timely.

• Input the accurate shipment data into Pegasus system, apply Pegasus code when necessary. Tempo close JF in time

• Communicate with overseas and customer to make the most updated information (such as vessel delays or FOB charges did not settle in time)

• Issuing/printing the company house bills of lading, release original HBL or directly MBL to shipper against FOB/sea freight payment done.

• Connect with carrier or co-loader to get MBL/SWB and telex release bill 3 days within vessel departure.

• Send full P/A to oversea agents 3 days within vessel departure.

• Other tasks assigned by manager

BASIC   SKILL LEVEL REQUIREMENTS

•    College Degree or above

•    Basic Reading & writing English

•    Mandarin and English language proficiency

•    Computer literate
