1.     Job Title: PV Intern/ Associate Engineer(产品验证工程师)

Employee Type: FTE

Job Responsibilities:

?        Be responsible for Headphone/Wireless speakers/APPs’ product test preparation and execution.

?        The job holder will work with both Harman Engineering and ODM suppliers to develop test plan, execute test cases, report and track defects, and provide status report throughout a product life-cycle.

?        Report and track defects using Bugzilla or JIRA

?        Develops test cases in English

?        Collaborate with other test/development counterparts to ensure functional coverage is sufficient;

?        Be responsible for test equipments and tools management

?        Define and execute test regression plans for maintenance releases and Engineering Change Orders

2.     Job Title: Assistant Engineer, Design Quality(开发品质工程师)

Employee Type: FTE

Job Responsibilities:

?        Support the deployment of Design Failure Mode Effects Analysis methodology to drive continuous improvement of product designs by incorporating past lessons learned, current issues and potential issues resolution.

?        Support Design for Six Sigma efforts that require the use of Design of Experiments, Tolerance Analysis, Measurement System Analysis, Risk Assessments, Robust Designs, Tolerance and Capability Analysis.

?        Develop test specifications/plans based on the product technical and functional specifications to cover all aspects of the design validation process to include mechanical, electrical, software, acoustics and environmental requirements. Coordinate test plan implementation and execution with engineering product verification and supplier team, and collect, analyze and generate test results reports.

?        Deploy development quality metrics for mechanical, electrical, software, and acoustics disciplines

?        Support assessments and reviews of First Article Inspection (FAI), Fit-Form-Function, stack tolerance, cosmetic and surface finish, and Design for Assembly of tooled mechanical piece parts at DV stage with final confirmation during PV stage. 3.     Job Title: Software Engineer(软件工程师)

Job Responsibilities:

?        A software engineer in this position will focus their time developing and testing software under supervision

?        Analyze existing embedded software to add features, make modifications, fix bugs, and/or port to different platforms.

4.     Job Title: Acoustics Algorithm Engineer(声学算法工程师)

?        Establish DSP design flow and tools for acoustic engineering group

?        Design and implement advanced DSP algorithm on a target hardware to improve acoustic performance of an audio system including both music and voice communication

?        Collaborate with system architect, hardware and software engineers by using advanced DSP algorithms and tools to jointly optimize speaker’s acoustic performance in terms of SPL, distortion and power consumption

5.     Job Title: Acoustics Engineer(声学工程师)

Job Responsibilities:

?        Responsible for sound and acoustic design of consumer product and/or micro speaker system, responsible for sound quality of consumer product and/or micro speaker system.

?        Support Product Specification and Program Execution teams in the development of consumer products, define sound and acoustic requirement, interact with related functions as required.

?        Support sound quality control in collaboration with Quality and other team;

6.     Job Title: Material and Process Engineer(材料工程师)

Job Responsibilities:

?        As a Mechanical material owner, you will be responsible for searching, development and selection of material for mechanical components and subassemblies. This includes but not limited to such as plastic, sheet metal, rubber, silicon.

?        As a Mechanical Process owner, you will be responsible for selection, development, implementation, and optimization of secondary process for mechanical components and subassemblies. This includes but not limited to such processes as painting, CNC milling, polishing, bluffing, and gap filling.

?        You will work with Product Development team, Industrial Design and ME to assess product features for manufacturability and recommend capable processes, equipment. You will be involved in Design for Manufacture studies and present conclusion to support Product Engineering position.

?        You will work with Sourcing Managers to assess supplier’s secondary processes for capacity, quality and cost, and work with suppliers to define and refine tooling, fixtures and establish capability.

?        You will work with the rest of team to support product phase builds from Prototype Build through to EV, DV, PV and mass production ramp.

?        You will be responsible for secondary process yields and capacity to meet program requirements and sustaining of high yields in mass production.

?        You will be responsible for root cause analysis studies and corrective action plan implementation, and assist postproduction quality/ cost improvement activity related to fixtures and processes.

?        Travel domestically and internationally to supplier sites as projects require.

7.     Job Title: Microphone System Engineer(麦克风系统工程师)

Job Responsibilities:

? Lead the microphone system engineering design of all the Harman Life-style division product, such as portable speaker, headphone and smart home system.

?Develop microphone system technology, product prototypes and manufacturing processes to aid external based on Harman internal or 3rd party’s solutions and technologies.

? Monitor and evaluate new mic system technologies which is suitable for voice communication, voice recognition and high quality recording etc.,

?Analyze Harman internal projects’ and external customers’ requirements and specifications to propose the appropriate solutions to award the project and execute the engineering function on mic part through the full program cycle

?Establish and coordinate activities with third party developers and contractors to build up the microphone system technology.

?Participate in internal and customer driven design reviews throughout product development program life cycles.

Basic Qualifications:

?        Master’s degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Acoustics, Computer Science or equivalent.

?        Knowledge of acoustics telecommunications, including various types of microphone systems, speaker systems, wideband telecommunications, voice recognition and recording technology.

?        Good understanding of principles of acoustics engineering.

?        Must have acoustic/digital signal analysis and debugging capability.

?        Familiarity with various narrow band and wide band acoustic telecommunication standards.

?        Knowledge of digital signal processing, including echo cancellers, echo suppression, noise suppression, switched loss and full duplex systems, sub-band technologies, beam forming, microphone voting.

?        Ability to read schematics and debug analog and digital hardware.

?        Able to use lab equipment such as Soundtrack, Artificial mouth, B&K equipment, Audio amplifier etc

?        Experience on MEMS or ECM mic design is preferred.

8.     Job Title: DSP Engineer(DSP工程师)

Job Responsibilities:

?        Develop Harman own sound algorithms per acoustic requirement.

?        Work together with algorithms authors to take over microphone algorithms.

?        Design DSP platforms to cater for different algorithms requirements (MIPS/Memory/Cost etc).

?        Port and implement Sound/Voice algorithms into target DSP.

?        Architect algorithms to various DSP system for product roadmap.

?        Work with Acoustic or Microphone team for algorithm tuning.

?        Regularly documenting findings, recommendations, algorithms, software, Etc.

Basic Qualifications:

?        Master degree in Digital Signal Processing, Math, Acoustics, Voice or other related major

?        Sound or voice algorithms development and proven record.

?        Must be a self-starter who can take initiative and drive to successful conclusion

?        Experience on digital signal processing, audio/voice algorithm processing like FFT/IIR/FI, AEC, ANC etc.

?        Familiar with C/Assembly/C languages. Particularly Fixed-pointed C/Assembly programming.

?        Matlab experience.

?        Knowledge of common audio interface like I2S, TDM, PDM etc.

9.     Job Title: Assitant Hardware Engineer(硬件工程师)

?        Carry out feasibility study on new products against requirements. Assist in solution study, evaluation and test.

?        Responsible for the component and module management. Cooperating with an international development team and suppliers, qualify and manage the electrical component by using product lifecycle management system.

?        Creating HW test specifications, perform HW tests and create test reports;

6.  Job Title: Transducer Development Engineer(扬声器开发工程师)

Employee Type: FTE

Responsibilities:

? Working with a small team of Transducer Engineers with primary responsibility / accountability for the initiation and development of feasible, cost effective and reliable transducer designs from concept through to production.
? Participate in the development of common work practices, procedures and design standards with other Audio Systems design groups within Harman Automotive.
? Supervise the integrity of acoustic and environmental testing of loudspeakers
? Ensure that the necessary documentation is provided that defines and verifies transducer designs. Documentation includes sketches, BOMs, analytical/modeling data, acoustic data sheets, DFMEAs, DVP&Rs, etc.
? Keep abreast of the latest developments in world-class best practice in relation to audio product design, development, modeling / analysis, materials and manufacturing techniques.
? Prepare technical reports and presentations per customer requirements, and prepare technical reports and presentations for Harman management, peers, and direct reports, as necessary. Prepare papers suitable for presentation at conferences.

7.  Job Title: EngineerTesting(测试开发工程师)

Employee Type: FTE

Responsibilities:

The Test Engineer to deliver efficient and effective test systems to manufacturing teams and ED,DV sample according to plan.  This will include, but not be limited to the activites below.

1Plan and Design Test Systems

·           Estimate test strategies and costs during the Request for Quotation (RFQ) phase of new business.

·           Work with the HW/SW R&D Team to analyze new designs and develop test specifications.

·           Based on the test requirements, determine the appropriate test strategy, including the required test methods, hardware, and software.

·           Define test points and conditions for all relevant test, diagnosis and repair functions.

·           Act as the main interface with assigned projects for all tests related issues. Review all assemblies for testability and interact with the design to improve test access, coverage, and reduce the cost of test.

2Execute Test System Realization

·           Work with suppliers to design and build the systems in a cost effective manner and to ensure that schedule, cost, and quality objectives are met.

·           Conduct detailed test programming using appropriate script languages.

·           Ensure that all test strategies and components function correctly via pilot factory processes and verifications.

·           Meet all projets requirements for prototype and design verification builds, ensuring that appropriate levels of test systems are available for each phase.

·           Ensure that each test system is optimized prior to launch to minimize cycle time, minimize false failures, and maximize effective test coverage.

·           Document the final system.

3Execute Test System launch and delivery to production

·           Ensure a smooth system installation at the manufacturing site.

·           Ensure a thorough system validation at the manufacturing site, including all setup and verification steps.

·           Ensure a smooth handover to the manufacturing team, including full training and documentation.

·           Monitor performance during launch for a minimum of 90 days using statistical techniques in order to ensure that a capable process is handed over to production.

4Series Production Monitoring and Continuous Improvement

·           Recognize new requirements and work with production to successfully introduce new test elements during serial production.

·           Monitor and contribute to the improvement of Test Yields, Test Efficiency, Tester Intermittencies, Electrical Defects, and overall Tester performance.

5Provide feedback to design on Design for Testability (DFT and database)

·           Work closely with Product Design teams during product development in order to provide continuous feedback and help to deliver highly manufacturable and testable products and thus enable high quality cost effective production testing processes. 

6Develop and integrate next generation test technologies

·           Support analyze and evaluate technology trends, manufacturing needs and upcoming customer demands.  Based on this, ensure that a test technology roadmap is in place that will support future needs and take advantage of new technologies to ensure long-term sustainable efficiency.

7Facilitate knowledge training/transfer about all aspects of test system to AME test engineers and local factory engineers.

8Performs any other duties as assigned by his/her supervisor to support the company needs.

Qualification:

·           Excellent English capability in Oral and writing both.

·           Experience in launching new products, be familiar with new project development procedure.

·           Experience in developing test specification, test solution, test requirements.

·           Experience in Functional tester develop and build up, familiar with HW and SW debug.

·           Familiar with DFT/DFM is preferred.

·           Experience with embedded SW, different microcontroller platforms (Freescale, Renesas…) and buses (CAN, LIN, MOST…).

·           Ability to solve complex problems involved in multiple projects.

1.      Job Title: Software Engineer-LiDAR Perception(软件工程师-激光雷达感知)

Employee Type: FTE

Job Responsibilities:

·           LIDAR data processing, and ability to handle data in real time

·           Developing, implementation and testing of real-time algorithms for Lidar data processing for object detection/tracking and localization

·           Perform data fusion for Camera, Radar and LIDAR data

·           Independently carry out all phases of algorithm development, compile, build, debug, simulation, testing, validation and documentation

·           Support the porting of the C code into hardware

·           Use simulation and in-vehicle experiments for algorithm validation

·           Contribute to the overall architecture design of the automated driving systems.

Requirements:

·           Work as SW engineer in an innovation team for vehicular networking technology direction.

·           Be responsible for survey of new technologies and implementation of solution.

·           Follow the innovation process and SCRUM development process.

Requirements:

·           Bachelor/Master degree with at least 2 years of software development experience.

·           Proficient in Linux environment programming.

·           Familiar of sensor and interfaces: camera, radar, lidar, etc. Related work experience is a plus. Knowledge and experience in sensor fusion is a plus.

·           Familiar with Ethernet, TCP/IP stack and multithread programming.

·           Knowledge of AutoSAR is a plus

 

3.  Job Title: Software Engineer-Control Experience(软件工程师-控制算法)

Job Responsibilities:

·           Work as SW engineer in an innovation team for vehicular networking technology direction.

·           Be responsible for survey of new technologies and implementation of solution.

·           Follow the innovation process and SCRUM development process.

Requirements:

·           Doctoral degree or Bachelor/Master degree with at least 2 years of working experience, knowledge of vehicle kinetics and dynamic models, experience in robot/ vehicle autonomous driving related area
