Assembly Engineer

工作职责：

· 

Improve equipment stability and reduce downtime to deliver consistent output for high volume manufacturing.
Improve quality and yield performance through PCS, failure data analysis and commonality study.
Optimize the equipment, process and material consumption to improve production efficiency and reduce cost.
Transfer new products from development site and ramp it after qualification.
Investigate process excursion, define root cause, containment and preventive actions.
Collaborate with other stakeholders in local and virtual factory to speed up problem solving and maximize learning across different platforms.

任职资格：

? Bachelor and above degree in engineering background: mechanics/electrics/material/automation....
? English communication capability in reading/writing/speaking.

Process/Equipment Engineer (Module/DP)

· 

工作职责：

· 

Develops new or modified process formulations, defines processing or handling equipment requirements and specifications, and reviews processing techniques and methods applied in the manufacture, fabrication and evaluation of semiconductors. Reviews product requirements with design staff to ensure compatibility of processing methods. Compiles and evaluates test data to determine appropriate limits and variables for process or material specifications. May conceive and plan projects involving definition and selection of new concepts and approaches in the processing or development of new or improved processes in photomasking, diffusion, deposition, wafer fabrication and device physics. Works on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. Exercises judgment in selecting methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results.

BS/MS in technical disciplines like in Mechanical/Electrical/Computer Engineering/laser & Optical/Material science etc.;

Module System Engineer

Integrates, installs, configures, and/or supports module software systems. Coordinates factory/module requirements, maps them to systems capabilities, and provides technical solutions. Applies advanced troubleshooting to system problems. Drives continuous improvement efforts to meet module systems health goals, as well as emerging capability needs. Serves as module system expert for a designated set of automation systems, including representing integrated needs in cross-functional and cross-site teams. Uses predictive modeling, statistics, Machine Learning, Data Mining, and other data analysis techniques to collect, explore, and extract insights from structure and unstructured data . Develop software, algorithms and applications to apply mathematics to data, perform large scale experimentation and build data driven apps to translate data into intelligence, solve a variety of business problems and enable business strategy. Position includes software development for enhancements, supplemental systems, and/or support and monitoring tools.
As a Module System Engineer, You will be responsible for:

Industrial Engineer

· 

工作职责：

· 

The Industrial Engineer work within Industrial Engineer Department undertake challenges designed to blend strategic and operational work. Detail work include:
? Determines the most efficient sequence of operations and workflow, and establishes methods for maximum utilization of production facilities and personnel. Develops metrics to measure equipment and factory capacity and output, and to identify equipment and process flow bottlenecks. 
? May establish or assist in establishing accident prevention measures and may plan and schedule training programs for personnel concerning all phases of production operations. 
? Plan plant, production facilities and equipment layouts
? Conducts studies pertaining to cost control, cost reduction, inventory control, and production record systems. On the basis of these studies, develops and implements plans and programs for facility modifications and revisions to operating methods.

Quality and Reliability Engineer/Failure Analysis Engineer

工作职责：

- Manage Intel Chengdu factory quality and reliability excursions, including leading team to define excursion window, contain affected materials and be responsible for material risk assessment and disposition with strong technical knowledge of assembly and test technology. Engage in root cause investigation, and relentlessly drive robust root cause fix solutions. 
- Engage in defining and executing new product/process introduction strategy, certification and execution plan, product health monitoring strategy and methodology. Setup reliability stress condition and environment to ensure product meet corporate quality and reliability goal.
- Be gate keeper of factory product health in whole product life cycle, drive and lead for proactive excursion detection and response system. 
- Continuously strive for quality and reliability stress and monitoring methodology improvement with innovative solutions.

Mfg. Technical Supervisor/Manufacturing Engineer

· 

Responsible for supervising the activities of product teams or staff in a manufacturing area. Assesses personnel and material levels to determine production schedules. Assigns personnel and monitors the flow of work in process through the manufacturing facility. Higher job levels establish operating policies and procedures, coordination of multiple functions within a manufacturing facility, establishing strategic plans to ensure production schedules are met within established quality and cost objectives. Responsible for overall safety of personnel, company assets, and the surrounding environment. Plans and schedules daily tasks, uses judgement on a variety of problems requiring deviation from standard practices. Inadequacies and erroneous decisions would cause moderate inconvenience and expense.

Technical Training Engineer

工作职责：

The main job responsibilities is coordinating technical training, driving factory equipment competency partnering with Engineering and MFG team. 
Job content will be(but not limited to): 
Eng/MTs technical competency assessment and improvement, as well as tech forums/training coordination;
Driving training efficiency and effectiveness improvement; and developing automation system/solution for proficiency tracking.

? EE, CS or engineering background;
? Excellent communication, public speaking, and presentation skills. Good English language skills in both speaking and writing. 
? Strong stakeholder management capability, able to build and negotiate support and commitment from internal and external stakeholders.
