Position Summary:
Provide after-sales customer training and application support for TEA(Trace Elemental Analysis) product lines (ICP-MS / ICP-AES / AA) within the assigned territories to create bigger customer value through better utilization of TFS products. Provide internal training to improve FSE capability of app knowledge, then ensure on-site training quality to improve know-how transfer for better customer understanding to TFS products. Interface with marketing and commercial team, to highlight the competitive differentiator or to influence customer preference in favor of TFS in the training, eventually become loyal customers.
Job Description:
-Conduct customer operation training and application support for assigned product line or technologies as required.
-Provide internal app training to FSE or dealers’ FSE, to improve know-how transfer and ensure better usage of TFS products and create bigger customer value.
-Understands customer’s problems, recommends solutions to meet their needs, and ensures customer satisfaction.
-Manage daily operation of Training Lab, maintain and keep instruments and lab facility in good condition.
-Post-sales follow-up to monitor customer satisfaction and fortify customer relationships.
-Provide technical assistance or training for assigned products or technologies to FSE, sales or support channels (internal or external) to enable channel competence and competitiveness.
-Compile customer training materials for assigned product line or technologies as required.
-Define and update training SOP, which should cover customer-oriented training process, basic and in-depth technical points, selling points or other advantages of TFS products, etc.
Key Metrics:
-Customer satisfaction and CAS survey
-FSE competence, Channel competence improvement.
-KPI of commercial on related products, Sales revenue, growth rate, market share, etc. for TEA product lines
-Training order fulfillment and training productivity.
-Training revenue and service revenue.
-TFS brand impact and customer preference to related products.
Qualifications:
-Master or above in analytical chemistry or subjects related to ICP-MS / ICP / AA technologies.
-Hands on lab experience with analytical instruments related to ICP-MS / ICP / AA technologies will be preferred, familiar with Thermofisher and other competitor’s ICP-MS / ICP / AA products will be highly preferred.
-Capable of TEA sample pre-preparation, application solution, special method development.
-Effective oral and written communication skills with both English and Chinese (Mandarin).
-Demonstrated effective teamwork player
-Self-motivated and result oriented.
-Strong sense of responsibility
-Systematic problem solver.
-Effective customer interactive experience.
-Project management experience.
-Good training skills and presentation skills, TTT certificate is preferred.
-Open mind and customer-oriented mindset, willing to do continuous improvement to meet customer and business needs.
