岗位职责：
1. CAR-T细胞的制备（试剂配制、细胞培养、细胞收集、细胞冻存等）；
2. 管理制度、SOP文件及记录表单的参与编制；
3. 设备及GMP实验室正常运行参数检查；
4. 实验记录及日常记录表单的填写；
5. 实验设备的定期清洁与维护；
6. GMP实验室的定期清洁与维护；
7. 协助技术经理进行新进人员的培训工作；
8. 部门负责人交待的其他事项。
任职资格：
1. 细胞生物学、免疫学等生物相关专业本科及以上学历；
2. 具有CAR-T细胞封闭系统培养经验者优先；
3. 掌握免疫细胞培养技术（无菌操作、Ficoll分离、细胞扩增、转染、取样计数、显微镜观察等）；
4. 掌握免疫细胞培养相关设备的操作（生物安全柜、CO2培养箱、显微镜、离心机等）；
5. 工作认真细致，踏实肯干，有责任心，具有良好的团队精神。
