1、 负责LED眩光控制等照明前沿问题进行市场调研、技术追踪

2、 LED灯具光学器件的模拟测试、设计与改进

3、 解决光学问题，对灯具的光效进行分析并提供分析报告。

4、 配合电源及结构工程师进行日常设计工作。

任职要求：

1、学历：应届毕业生，硕士以上学历，光学工程相关专业（经验特别丰富者，学历可适度放宽）；

2、熟悉光学，工程光学原理，能熟悉运用相关光学设计软件进行非成像光学设计；

3、熟练阅读英文技术资料，2年以上光学设计经验，从事过LED照明设计优先；

4、熟练使用Zemax、Tracepro、LightTools（至少其中一种）光学设计软件，对前沿的光学成像及非成像技术发展趋势有深刻的见解及应用创新能力；

5、了解常用照明材料工艺工程，了解LED眩光评价问题者优先。
